Below are items I brought to the Art In Clay show on Nov 11-12, 2023.

Every time I make a piece of pottery, I’m trying to make something distinctive, with character and beauty:

   I love creating both tactile and visual textured surfaces.

   Creating a beautiful textured surface, or an appealing marbled “neriage” form makes me happy.

   I try to make my glazing visually textured as well, rather than just use simple one glaze dips.

I often try variations on a theme, but I generally don’t make multiples of the same thing.

I take a lot of care to make my food bowls light and comfortable in your hand.
